Refund policy

Art by Talia is a small scale, artist run business and will exchange for store credit. 

At such a small scale and with the nature of our product we are unable to perform refunds as the products cannot be re-used. Should any deliveries arrive damaged we would be more than happy to replace the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@artbytalia.com. The cost of returning your order will come at your own cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as commissions and custom prints). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the request is approved or not. Please contact us at info@artbytalia.com to indicate which item is of your preference for an Exchange. Prints will only be eligible to exchange for the same size dimension as another print in stock. Please know it can take some time to process exchanges but we will send it out as soon as possible.
